Our team knows every Rove model inside and out and will ensure your chair is inspected, adjusted, and set up to perform at its absolute best.
The Rove Essentials Service includes:
- Full frame inspection for wear and structural integrity
- Wheel bearing inspection and replacement if required
- Tyre pressure check and inflation
- Bolt and fastener check and tightening
- Brake inspection and adjustment
- Castor wheel and fork inspection
- General cleaning and lubrication
- Seating and upholstery inspection
- Setup and adjustment review
Booking
Servicing is carried out at our Melbourne workshop. Pick a date and time that suits you using Schedule Your Time above — there's no need to call or email first. We recommend a service every 6 months to keep your chair performing at its best.
Plan Managed Customers
For plan managed customers, please select the manual payment option in checkout. We will be in touch with you to get the details of your plan manager in order to send the invoice.
Getting your chair to us
The Rove Essentials Service is performed at our Melbourne workshop. No delivery is required — simply bring your wheelchair to us at your booked time. Contact us if you're unable to get your wheelchair to the Rove workshop at your selected time.
