Warranty Coverage

Rove wheelchairs come with a manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. The warranty period begins from the date of original purchase.

• Frame: 5-year warranty
• Upholstery & Accessories: 12-month warranty

What Is Covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use. If a covered defect is identified, Rove will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected component or product.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear (e.g. tyres, upholstery wear)
• Damage caused by modification or repair by unauthorised parties
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Damage caused by using the chair beyond its rated specifications (e.g. exceeding 110 kg weight limit)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:

• Your name and contact details
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video of the fault (if applicable)

Replacement Parts
