Junior Admin Assistant

Job Title: Admin Assistant
Reporting to: General Manager
Salary: $50K annually approx. (neg)
Hours: Part Time
Location: 11 Insight Circuit, Carrum Downs, VIC, 3201

Purpose of the position
​​
As our Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team and making sure the day-to-day runs seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence

Scheduling meetings, travel, and events
-
Bookkeeping support (invoicing, reconciliations, record-keeping)

Ordering supplies and managing stock of office/production consumables
-
Supporting the team with documentation and general admin tasks
-
Helping streamline processes to keep the business running smoothly

What we're looking for
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Reliability and professionalism, with good communication skills
-
Confidence using computer systems and willingness to learn new tools
-
Ability to work closely with a small team and pitch in where needed
​
Bonus points if you have:
-
Any bookkeeping or finance/admin experience (Xero, MYOB, or similar)

Experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
